The project consists of a multi-storey building. The structure has a base isolated with friction pendulum-type insulators (SIP).

The structural system is made of reinforced concrete structural walls.
The foundation is made up of foundation beams developed in two directions.
The surroundings allowed excavation with natural slopes on all sides.
