The project consists of a multi-storey building. The structure is of a base isolated with double-sliding friction pendulum isolators (SIP-D).
The structural system is made of reinforced concrete structural walls.
The foundation system is represented by general mat foundation.

To fully exploit all the property surface, the excavation was carried out at the limit of the property, being protected on two sides with slopes and on the other two sides with a mixed Berlinoise support system made of steel profiles and reinforced concrete walls.
