The project consists of three multi-story buildings that share the same basement developed on four levels.
Building 1 and 3 have 11 above-ground levels, while building 2 has 12 above-ground levels.

The structural system for all buildings is mixed, being made up of RC shear wall cores and RC perimeter frames.
The foundation system is represented by general mat foundation.
To fully exploit the entire surface of the property, the excavation will be done at the property boundary, being protected by slurry walls supported by diagonal and horizontal struts.
